1- Returnable Items

Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 30 days of receiving must follow the criteria as below:
1. Faulty items damaged/broken, or soiled upon arrival.
2. Items received in the incorrect size/color.
3. Unwashed, unworn, and unused item(s) that have not met your expectation within 30 days of receiving.

Contact us at support@forsashop.com as soon as possible if you come across any of the above situations.
If for any reason you decide you no longer want the item. You can report it to us within 30 days of receiving it for a partial refund of the item cost.

2- Non-Returnable Items

We will not accept returns under the following conditions:
1. Items outside the 30 days warranty time frame.
2. Washed, worn, used, or misused items.
3. Items under the following categories: Sale, Swimwear, Lingerie, and Earrings are not covered by the warranty.
4. Virus Prevention items including All masks, disposable protective clothing, and other protective gear that comes in direct contact with the skin of humans and animals. These items are not covered by the return policy for hygiene and safety reasons.

Note: All returns must be authorized by FORSASHOP Team via the Customer Care mail support. Returned items without a Return Shipping Label (RSL) will not be accepted.

3-Returns Process & Time-Frame

Please carefully follow our returns process to minimize any delays:  
1. If your item is returnable (see above), please submit a ticket for your return by contacting our customer service at support@forsashop.com stating your:

• Order number.

• SKU number or product name.

• Reason for return.


  1. Our customer service team will respond to your request within 24 hours after inspecting your return. and provide you with a Return Shipping Label (RSL) along with our returns address.
  2. Please return the item according to our instructions on the (RSL) form and send us return proof in the form of the tracking number and a valid return receipt.

  3. Once we have received the returned item(s), we will email you and arrange a refund within 30 days.

After this, please note the refund times below:
For Credit Card refunds, please allow between 7-14 business days for the transaction to process. 
For PayPal refunds, please allow up to 48 hours for the transaction to appear in your account. 
For some debit and credit cards refunds to the original payment account cannot be made. In such cases, we will request customers to provide us with a PayPal account in their name to complete refunds. Thank you for your understanding.

4-Return Shipping Costs & Address

We aim to offer services that will benefit all of our loyal customers. Please always contact us at support@forsashop.com prior to returning the items by submitting a ticket to obtain an (RSL) form (Return Shipping Label) with the related returns address.

  1. All shipping fees are at the customer’s expense. This includes shipping fees for a return or exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
    2. Please contact your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping fee. We recommend you use the cheapest registered airmail method that is available.
